It's competition time! One lucky person will win a fully furnished apartment in the iconic Orlando Towers Estates. MortgageMarket.co.za has partnered with METRO FM to make your homeownership dreams come true!
How to Participate:
- Listen for Clues: Tune in to METRO FM radio from Monday to Thursday, between 06:00 and 18:00.
- Identify Clues: Pay attention to the show promos during this time. When you hear a distinctive "Door Bell" sound, it means a fact is about to be revealed.
- Listen to Facts: The METRO FM radio presenter will read out a fact or clue live on air. Be sure to jot down these clues because you'll need them later.
Participating in the Friday Head-to-Head Game:
- Friday Game: On Fridays, two lucky listeners will have the chance to go head-to-head in a game. To have a chance to participate in the Friday head-to-head game, you need to follow these steps:
- Visit www.MortgageMarket.co.za to get pre-approved and find out your credit score. (This check won't affect your credit score or your eligibility for the competition.)
- Send a WhatsApp message to METRO FM's WhatsApp line (060 552 7303), explaining what it means to own your own home. The contact number used for the WhatsApp message must match the contact details provided when completing the MortgageMarket.co.za pre-approval.
- Entries are limited to one entry per person, per day from Saturday to Thursday during the competition period.
- Answer Questions: The game is based on the facts given during the week. You'll be asked questions related to these clues.
Advancing to the Final Round/ The Grand Prize:
- Winning the Head-to-Head: The winner of the Friday head-to-head game will proceed to the final round at Orlando Towers Estates on 27 October 2023 from 12:00 - 18:00.
- Key Selection: In the final round, random keys will be provided to each winner from the head-to-head games.
- Unlocking the Apartment: Each of the 5 x finalists gets a key to attempt to open the apartment door. Only 1 x key will work at this point. The winner will take ownership of the apartment.
- Finalists are responsible for their transportation to Orlando Towers Estates on 27 October 2023 for the final round. In exceptional circumstances affecting a finalist's ability to travel, they may request transportation assistance from MortgageMarket (pty) Ltd. Requests will be considered case-by-case, and approval is at their discretion.
Competition period: 11 September 2023 - 27 October 2023.
